Lee Valley Class is named after the Lee Valley, a place that celebrates sport, perseverance and achievement. Home to world-class sporting venues and a centre for outdoor adventure, Lee Valley represents the values of determination, resilience and striving to do our best. Just as athletes train, practise and overcome challenges to reach their goals, we encourage our children to work hard, embrace new opportunities and keep going when learning becomes difficult. Lee Valley 5 Class reminds us that success comes through effort, teamwork and a positive attitude.
Morley Class
Year 5 Class Teacher: Mr W Silver

I have chosen Ebenezer Cobb Morley as my class name because he helped create the first official rules of modern football. He showed leadership, fairness, and teamwork by bringing people together to make the game more organised. His hard work and determination helped football become one of the world’s most popular sports. I chose him because he is a great role model who demonstrates the importance of respect, perseverance, and working together.
