The School Day

Expectations

  1. We are in the right place, at the right time, with the right equipment and uniform.
  2. We listen to staff, and other students and cooperate with their reasonable requests.
  3. We respect everyone’s right to feel safe, share opinions, enjoy and achieve.
  4. We follow our School Values and Christian distinctiveness.
  5. We are responsible for our own actions.

School Attendance

Regular and punctual attendance ensure your children have full access to the entire curriculum without missing out on key learning opportunities available to them. Please ensure your child attends school and arrives on time.

Registration/lateness

School starts at 08:45 and registers are closed by class teachers at 08:50. Any children that arrive at school after 08:50  will be marked as late in the attendance record. Any child that arrives at school later than 09:10 will be marked as having an unauthorised absence.

Illness

If a child is unwell and cannot come to school, their parent/carer should call the School Office to inform us before 08:45. If we do not receive any contact from a parent/carer as to why a child is not in school then we will call home to check the reason for their absence.

A timetable of our school day is shown below.

Administration of Medicines

If your child is unwell or has a medical condition that requires the school to administer medication, please fill out the form below.

We also offer a Breakfast and After School Club that provides parents with the opportunity to drop their children off earlier, and pick them up later.
