Welcome EYFS

Aspinall Class

Class Teacher: Mrs L Richards & Mrs S Thomas

Year Group Teaching Assistants: Mrs D Fielder

Our class is named after John Aspinall and the Aspinall Foundation, an organisation dedicated to protecting endangered animals and helping return them to their natural homes in the wild.

In Aspinall Class, we will be inspired by the wonders of nature and the importance of caring for our world. Just as the Aspinall Foundation works to protect wildlife and their habitats, we will learn to be kind, respectful, curious, and caring towards each other and the environment.

Throughout the year, we will enjoy exploring the outdoors, discovering the changing seasons, observing plants and animals, and developing a love of learning through nature. We believe that every child is unique and, like every animal in the natural world, has their own strengths, talents, and place within our classroom community.

Together, we will grow, explore, imagine, and thrive as we embark on exciting adventures in learning.

Welcome to Aspinall Class, where little explorers grow into confident learners.

Wonder Class

Class Teacher: Mrs E Champion

Year Group Teaching Assistants: Mrs L Gardiner

Our class is named after Stevie Wonder, one of the world’s most famous musicians and songwriters. Stevie was born with a visual impairment, but he never let this stop him from following his dreams. Through determination, creativity and a love of music, he became an internationally celebrated performer. We chose Stevie Wonder because he inspires us to be confident, resilient and to recognise that everyone has unique talents and abilities. In Stevie Wonder Class, we will celebrate creativity, perseverance and the importance of believing in ourselves and others which links to our school vision.
